Overhead Garage Door was highly recommended to us by our neighbor. We called on a weeknight after 7pm and they answered the phone! I got a call the next day before 8am and they scheduled Scott B. who arrived before 12noon. He was very knowledgeable and took care of the issue in a timely manner. He also explained everything to us. Definitely will continue to use this company. Very customer friendly and are very responsive.

Scott B. was fantastic! We had an issue with the new LiftMaster door opener. We followed the instructions, but still couldn’t link the MyQ control. Called Liftmaster several times and they couldn’t figure it out. Scott came right out, asked us some questions and fixed the issue in about 5 minutes. He is more knowledgeable about the latest products then the factory reps. He was polite, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. New doors and openers are great. Overall very good experience! We HIGHLY recommend Overhead Garage Door.
